I’ve been racing triathlon practically since I learned to run—completing my first youth race at just four years old. My love for multisport has only grown since. My parents helped foster that passion by building a youth triathlon team and race series in Maryland, giving young athletes like me a place to learn, compete, and thrive. I continued racing throughout my childhood and into the USA Triathlon Youth and Junior Series, ultimately becoming the first woman from Maryland to earn a collegiate triathlon scholarship.
I competed for Colorado Mesa University’s NCAA Division II triathlon team, earning honors such as 2× Scholar All-American, Western Colorado Athlete of the Month, 2nd at the Division II West Regional Championship, and 9th at the Division II NCAA National Championship as a freshman. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Exercise Science and went on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I specialize in working with athletes and active adults, blending evidence-based rehabilitation, biomechanics, and performance science. This clinical background allows me to approach coaching with a deeper understanding of injury prevention, efficient movement, and long-term athletic development. My goal is not only to help athletes get faster, but to help them train smarter and stay healthy through every stage of their journey.
Coaching has always been a natural path for me. I earned my Level 1 USA Triathlon Certification at 18 years old and added a Paratriathlon specialization in 2021. I currently serve as an assistant coach for the MC Elite High Performance Triathlon Team and coach age-group triathletes and runners of all levels.
With a lifelong passion for multisport, competitive experience from youth racing to the NCAA level, and a clinician’s eye for performance, I’m dedicated to guiding athletes toward their highest potential—stronger, healthier, and more confident.
